Terms and Conditions
By booking any excursions, tours, or services with Antalya Daily Tours, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. These terms are in accordance with Turkish Travel Agency regulations and the Consumer Protection Laws, which have been updated to comply with European Union Consumer Rights Standards.
Payments
Payments for all services provided by Antalya Daily Tours are processed online or upon arrival. All payments include VAT as per applicable regulations.
Deposit Payment
For certain tours or packages that include multiple excursions, a deposit may be required due to the policies of our tour suppliers. Depending on the tour type, deposits can range from 10% to 50% of the total booking cost. After making a deposit, you will receive an e-ticket confirming the payment details.
Changes to Booked Tours
We strive to present our tours and services as accurately as possible, but due to unforeseen circumstances, Antalya Daily Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the program without prior notice. We will do our best to minimize any disruption and ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds for Cancellations Made by Us
In the event that we need to cancel a tour, we will refund the full price you paid for the tour, but no additional compensation will be offered.
Refunds for Cancellations Made by You
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour or on the tour date: No refund, as it is considered a late cancellation.
Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., changing the date of the tour or swapping to a different tour), please notify us at least 2 days prior to your original tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and this change will be provided at no extra charge.
Passports and Visas
For tours from Turkey to Greece, a valid passport is required for all travelers. Citizens of the European Union do not need a visa for these excursions.
Complaints
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issues or concerns during your tour, please speak to one of our team members or contact us via email. We will address your concerns as quickly as possible.
In cases where an issue cannot be resolved directly, the matter will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of the country in which the tour takes place. By booking with Antalya Daily Tours, you agree to adhere to the local laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where the tour is conducted.
