This cancellation policy explains the refund and date change conditions of Antalya Daily Tours.
Whether you are booking a standard trip or a private yacht, our Antalya tour cancellation policy is designed to be the most flexible and honest in the region.

1. Standard Daily Tours: No-Risk Booking

For most of our daily excursions (Suluada, Jeep Safari, City Tours), we operate on a “Trust-Based Model”:

  • No Deposit Required: You reserve your spot online without paying a cent.
  • Pay on Arrival: You pay in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, or TRY) to your guide or driver on the day of the tour.
  • Cancellation: If your plans change, please notify us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. There are zero cancellation fees.

2. Private Tours & Special Excursions

For private boat charters or multi-day trips (Cappadocia/Istanbul), we require a small deposit to secure high-cost logistics.

  • Full Refund: Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour.
  • Late Cancellation: Deposits for cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable as we have already committed funds to vehicles, pilots, or private boat captains.

3. If WE Cancel the Tour (Our Guarantee)

We value your time and holiday experience. While rare, if a tour is cancelled by Antalya Daily Tours (due to technical issues, minimum participant numbers not met, or logistics):

  • Instant Notification: You will be informed as early as possible.
  • 100% Full Refund: Any deposit paid will be returned to you immediately, without any deductions or bank fees.
  • Alternative Options: We will offer a reschedule or an alternative tour of equal value.

4. Weather & Force Majeure

As a local Antalya tour operator, your safety is our non-negotiable priority.

  • If a tour is cancelled by the harbor master (for boat trips) or civil aviation (for balloon flights) due to bad weather:
  • You get a 100% full refund or a free reschedule.

5. Refund Process

If you are entitled to a refund:

  • Speed: We process refunds back to your original payment method immediately.
  • Timing: Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
  • Fees: For customer-initiated cancellations (within the 48-hour rule), any bank transaction fees are deducted from the total. If we cancel, we cover all fees.
